Regeneration has no centre. Every accepted member appears on the RED world map with their city and their discipline — never an address, never anything they have not agreed to.

Membership is not bought: it is recognised. You present your work, the council checks that it holds to the RED philosophy, and if it does, you are in. Membership is free.
